Where do I place Files for New Skin?

Where do I place Files for New Skin?

I downloaded a new skin (Retro Blue) that doesn't have a readme doc so I have no idea where to place these files!

I have:

Images Folder Upload (I guess I put that in images?)
.DS_Store
layered logo.png
layered logo.psd
layered site buttons.png
layered site buttons.psd
style.xml

In the Images Folder i have:

icons folder
retro folder
.DS_Store

In the icons folder there are .gif's

In the retro folder there is:

buttons folder
gradients folder
misc folder
ratings folder
statusicon folder
.DS_Store

What do I do with all these? I'm sure its not difficult but I don't want to take any chances placing these where I think they go!
