Disable Posting During Timespan?

Hey guys.

I run a message board for teens in my area. Due to recent abuse, I was wondering if there was a mod out there that would disable all forum posting before a certain time window.

For example, I need it to stop allowing posting from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Any help in this matter would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks for all who want to help!
