insert RSS into specific threads?

I would like to be able to insert a specific rss feed into a specific thread. actually, I would like to do this to about 90 different threads.

I would like the RSS content to appear in the very first post of each respective thread.

Is this possible?

If this is not possible without modification, I am willing to pay for such a modification. Can anyone give any insight as to where I should be looking?
