can't revert templates becasue it doesnt let me to admincp, it still forwards me to "you got hacked site". Help!

Nevermind, the redirect was in config.php. Does that mean that hackers knwo my amdincp directory password?

It means they got FTP or SSH access to your account, and if the password for the admin CP is the same, then that too.

Don't ask if you need to change your passwords; just do it. It can't possibly hurt anything. Be sure to use a strong password: no dictionary words, mixed case, alphanumeric with symbols, at least eight characters long.
