Im sure this has been asked, but i just cant find the answer

How can i stop live linking for users with less than 5 posts?

I have created a user group for users with less than 5 post (that get promoted to another group after 5 post) but i dont see a way of stopping the live links for that group(eg, ones starting with http or having a (a href) tag). I figured out how to prevent sigs for that user group, but not linking???

can anyone point me in the right direction
