Two domains, two languages, two sets of contents, one database

FIRST: I WILL BUY ANOTHER LICENSE. With that out of the way...

I have two websites dealing with the same subject, one in English, one in Spanish. Both have different domains but are in the same server. The two websites are pretty much mirror images of each other, except in different languages.

Recently I relaunched the English one as a vB-based one (www.dominicancooking.com), and it is about 95% to my satisfaction (needs some minor fixes). Now I have to work on the Spanish site. Because of the dinamics of both sites this is what I want:

• Both sites should share the user list. Once somebody register in one they could post in the other.
• Both sites should share some forums (the ones listed in the forums home).
• Both sites will have specific forums in which the content in its language will sit. These should not be accessed from the other domain nor be searchable by each other.
• One site will be English, the other Spanish.
• They will both share the same attachment folder.

Is this possible? If so, can I get some help setting it up?
