Admin only wants to receive PMs from mods and supermods

Right now the PMs only have an on or off trigger.

Is there a way that the admin can be set up to only receive PMs from Mods, Super Mods and other Admins but not from regular members?

All other groups will still be allowed to receive PMs as normal and usual?
