Test required to complete account registration

I've seen this used on one other forum using custom software years ago. It was used as a way to make sure that members understood the rules of the forum, and where to make posts, how to use the search, etc. More or a less a primer to using the system and to help weed out people who registered and click "new thread" and "post reply" 50 times the first day without reading anything. This one was setup in such a way that you had one page full of all the info you read and will be tested on, and then you clicked "take test" and it went to another page with just the questions, no reference material. It had something setup where if you clicked the back button the page with the info wouldn't display again. And it did not tell you which answers were wrong either. Any chance theres something like this out here or could anyone make this? I was thinking if a person didn't want to use it for registration it'd be a great way to automatically forward a member to another user group with permission to access other areas of the site that you might "restrict" from the general population. How about it?
