Code to fetch the profile information

Hi guys,

Im desparate for any help, please please please help me if you can. I have installed the flag mod and its working fine, the flags are being displayed in the postbit as they should be. I have made a new column which is to display the flag of the thread starter like this:

At the moment i havent managed to find a person who knows how to put this flag image of the thread starter into the table. There must be a way because the link above is a vb board and they managed it. Can someone please give me more information about what is required to get this working. If you think you know the actual code required pm me and i may be able to reward you with a little something through paypal
