Any recommended programmer or programming company?

Apologies in advance to the moderators. I know I'm supposed to post in the Service Request forum but I've done so already a few times without success. So rather than wait for someone to contact me, I'd rather initiate the contact myself.

So my question is: can someone recommend a good professional programmer or programming company that I could contact and discuss my vBulletin requirements with? Or can someone at least point me in the right direction?

The thing is, there's a lot I need done and I can't elaborate everything in a single post. I'd rather discuss the project with a professional.
