Discarding my header template coding and replacing it with Flash coding

Hey guys. I currently have this coding in my Header template for my style (see below). What I want to do is get rid of this coding and just place a Flash header in its place. Where do I start? If anyone can give me some insight or some places to search for the info I would much appreciate it. Also, let me know if there is someone else in the coding that I would have to fix something. Otherwise I will be searching for days and days trying to figure out what is going on. Thanks in advance for your time.

The DIV wrapper id's probably close in the footer so if you delete the DIV's from the header, you'll need to locate the closing DIV's in the footer and remove them as well.

As for adding a flash header, the article below should give you enough information on how to use the embed feature.
