I am lost (Arcade)

I am trying to figure out why everytime after I play a game, immediatlely it takes me to this
http://...../forums/index.php?act=Arcade&do=newscore
I am not sure if I need to mention website put as you can see, it's got something to do with score. I think right after the game, it is suppose to take you to a score area, but no it doesn't, it tell me this:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation)



I don't understand this because I have it set to view everything in the Control Panel.. This is my admin account and I dont know why it's telling me I don't have privileges to access that page...

Can someone help?
