I just moved my forum over to vB3.8 and one of the things my users are asking for is a return of Active Topics - is there a mod I can install that will allow users to see all of the active threads and new posts on a forum by forum basis?

Perhaps the mod you had used will still work. Have you tried it?

Thats a nice hack but not quite the same - the last forum we used it was built in - you clicked on Active Topics (from the top nav bar) and it took you to a page that showed all of the posts and new threads on a forum by forum basis (organised by forum so everything was all together and easier to see). This made moderation much easier plus a lot of the users liked it for going straight to the new stuff without having to scroll through each forum. If it hasn't already been done it would make a handy little hack.
