new vBulletin user with a few mod questions.

First, thank you for help in advance!!! I just left sleazyBoards, Inc. for vBulletin, and it was without a doubt a fantastic move.

I'm setting my site up, but have a couple questions.

1) I can't seem to get my board times to work proplerly? I've set the board times to the correct time zone, but it's still 4 hours fast. Any help?

2) The vBulletin people told me to ask here about this one. Is there a way to get the "Who's Online" box on every forum as opposed to just the homepage?

3) I'd like to make it so one of my custom profile fields for users, when a URL is filled in, is a link when the profile is displayed. If it's easier, is there just a way to change the title of the "Homepage" field in the profile? I just need one that acts as a link in people's profiles, but isn't called, "Homepage."

4) My custom animated avatar isn't animating. I have an animated gif that works elsewhere, but when I put the URL of the image in my avatar field, it doesn't animate, it's just stuck on the first frame.

5) I need to make 4 of my users moderators, and would like them to be moderators in all the forums on my site. As far as I can tell, it looks like you have to sign them up for each forum. Is there a way to assign moderators to every forum at one time?

I'm sure I've got a million questions, but I think these are probably too much to ask at one time.
