Stop AJAX from working in some part of template?

Does anybody know if their is a piece of code that would like disable a piece of template from running on AJAX, basically what the error is, is that when I create a new post and use the Quick Reply button, the javascript that I use in the Postbit screws up the whole page, but can I disable this for the QuickReply, like it wouldn't show at all until you refresh the page?

please lead me somewhere, thanks!!
