I need a bit of help with conditions please,

I'm trying to turn off a feature and only allow it if the user has chosen to allow it in their usercp.

I made a profile field which was field13, it is a yes and no radio choice.

I now need to understand what I put around the feature code to make it turn either on or off.

I tried this but it didnt seem to do anything:

<if condition="$bbuserinfo[field13] == Yes">

Anyone any ideas?
