Default Query Messed Up

Its from a modification. I disabled plugin system and it works, reenabe it and disable products one at a time but it happens still. Perhaps to hacks conficting? Anyone know any way to try to figure it out or where the modified query is at so I can fix it?

EDIT: Resolved. Seems a hook wasn't getting disabled with its product.
