Is there a mod/hack available that will allow you to display Recent Threads/Latest Members/etc... on your websites homepage?

Here is an example forum/site that has it on the left nav bar.

There Is A Column To Turn On In Some VBulletins But In My 3.6.4 I dont Know How lol
