vbulletin 3.6.0 cant start :(

i have just updated a forum but it game me errors on updating from 3.5.4 to 3.6.0



i cant login in admincp now

it gives error and i get this mail in support mail of the forum:

only forum admin cp is not working . the forum itself is working, but the forums are closed now. how can i re-open forum without havind to go to admincp?
