vB Hack Installer (I've searched for it)

I have searched for it, but haven't found what I am looking for (so I think).

I have my own hack. I want to create that nice installer for it that vBulletin uses themselves for new installation or updating.

I've seen hacks that i have downloaded myself that have an automatic installer thingy where the user just clicks through the process (inserting new templates, modifying database, etc).

help me !
