Another table question, please?

Hi, all. I found help here last time so I am going to ask one more table question...

I am creating some pages for tutorials and want to stick with this format for consistency, but I'd like to have one box (probably not the right term, but you know what I mean) at the very top of the table that goes all the way across the width of the table and then the two other columns below it. Could someone please tell me how to do that?
