I'm not getting any new members. I would like feedback on what to do and what to change. Nobody is posting much other than me and my partner (admins). Thanks!

the usual: Too many forums. More forums spread your activity too thin. Make 2-4 forums and add more as needed.

you cant get into the site ?

sorry i was just trying out that template compressing thing to speed up page loads but it doesnt seem to work for us. but i've fixed it now...

I would definately make less forums for now..just start with like 5 tops and get ALOT of activity there then spread out.

I agree, too many forums. Compress and then expand as you get more activity.

The style could do with some work too. The whole white background and table thing doesn't look good. A tip from me, always have some difference in colour from your background to your tables. Otherwise the forum table just blends in with your background, with a few borders around it - not a good effect.
