It's nice, the white and grey mix quite well.

Looks nice I'd tone the gradient down a bit on tcat, lower the darker gradient.

thx for your comments, will be changing the gradient when i get time and changing the hover on the links to a darker color other than yellow

Good job there. Like said above, for the gradiants, I would either focus on a primary grey or a primary white gradiant instead of white/grey. I like your spacer images, for example between Nav & Forum Bits. Good header. Color scheme works. Cool buttons.
