Need a script that can be used to "rate" companies similar to a link directory

I need a script that we can use to list a whole bunch of info on a company in a directory style setup. For example the user could read the companies listing in the directory and get thier email, phone, fax, website, etc. The user would also be able to "Rate" this company from 1-10 or something similar to give other forum members an idea of what type of company they are. These companies would be sorted into categories depending on what they do.

The closest thing I could find (and it would need some tweeking) is the links script on vbadvanced.com

Do you have any other suggestions? Is there some vb mod out there with a strange name that may do something like this that I am missing?
