How can I fix this so the quote style matches my other style (see attached pic)

You cannot.... your style uses(for the outer table, the entire forum) only side borders and on top it has images, so its not noticed in there.

I happen to know this style from www.ragezone.com which im sure you know

What you gotta do is make a new part in the CSS which will have the same properties as the class u are using now and add top and bottom borders.
