is there any journal hack for VB3 thats ready yet?

i could have sworn there was, but i cant find one anywhere. im runing vb 3.1 and i want to install the journal hack-i know one is in developement, i read the long thread about it..is there an estimate of when that one will be done-and is there one that is up and working NOW?
