Changing Header tables

I am using vB2.3.4, I have been trying to find the coding that will allow the 2 tables in the header area to go the full table width. What I am trying to to do is have my logo centered and top of the header and the links/buttons under the logo centered. This is for just one templete. Many thanks in advance.
