Well if it goes to Beta 6 can we please release hacks?

There can't be that many more bugs and the only reason I heard for Beta 6 was the WYSWYG v.2

Or atleast be able to talk about the code of vB3.

No, the only point at which vB3 hacks can start to be released here is the RC.
