Alot of boards I see have a hashmark or gride for their background, and i was wonderin if this is HTML or not.

i know what hes on about.... i made a design for a vb forums that used this bground with little speks of grey/ green. and hes tyna get same (i speak to him on msn.....sadly)

its just a basic bground i made...why your asking these ppl how to do it.... i dont have a clue.

(there template makers - not graphic ppl)

It's an image, you'd need to make it in a image program like photoshop.
