I wish saver if there is any mod that allows me to see all the Theread that a given user has read.

If you go to the profile and click the Find Latest Started Threads, you will get a list of the threads. Of course, you will only get shown the number that you have in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Message Searching Options > Maximum Search Results to Return

TBH, that is not really going to do any good, as the user can just mark forums read, and it is like they read all posts.
