I'm using version 4.1.10 and I'm trying to add a simple link to the forum's subnav bar (i.e. New Posts, Private Messages, FAQ, Calendar, etc). I want to place the link before the other links (to the left of New Posts) and link to our community's rules and guidelines.

Just as an update, I found the template to edit if I want to edit the Homepage's subnavbar, but still no luck in finding the right place to edit the forum's subnavbar. Again, any help is greatly appreciated.

Eh, I found it in the navbar template. Hours of trial and error pay off every now and then I guess.
