How do I change the font color in the username field?

Running VB 4.2.0 patch level 3

I need to know how to change the font color (or the background color) of the username field. When signing into the site, the font is white on white. That's no good, and needs to change.
Where do I go to change it? I have some of the font highlighted to show there's letters typed in the space..




Side note: I had this posted once, and the post has since been removed (I can't find it anyway).
