Need a paypal donate button

Please provide as much information as possible with your request, including:

background and foreground colors for where the graphic will be used: Forums donation block
required size of the graphic: 110x23
prefered color scheme (applies to both styles and graphic requests): Black button: with green text.
Text wanted: "Donate" in green
Also 2 green lines one on top and one at bottom would be neat.
