Need help with background image

Yes i'm new to Vbulletin, but my background image keeps repeating, unsure why this is happening, I spent count less hours.

Look under Test right now it is set to Default but you can see what i'm talking about under Test so change it to that if you wanna help out.

I want it to show up as one image , full screen any help would be great thanks in advance.
