i do not have this in my admin cp anywhere that i have found can someone point me in right direction is there a add on perhaps i am running vb 4.1.4 thanks in advance

btw i have logged into my admin cp as super admin and reg admin and nothing...

Can you see everything else in Vbulletin CMS? Sounds like something didn't load right during installation. Widgets should be right above Permissions under the Vbulletin CMS in the admincp. Maybe you could take a screenshot and upload it.

Did you install the vB4 Forums or vB4 Suite?

Correct. The vB4 Forums does not include the CMS or the Blog.
