Default Banned IP addresses can view the forum
I currently have a banned usergroup which bans users from being able to view all areas of my forum except for one. If a user's IP address is banned they can't see anything at all. How can I change this so that the banned IP addresses feature works the same as the banned user one?

I'm using vB 3.8 by the way.
