Store attach file another host

Dear All,
My attach folder very large about 4.5Gb and my host is full. I want to move my attach folder to another host but I do not see function anywhere. I know function "store type attachments" but it's can not store another host it's only change folder in same host.
Please tell me how can I move my attach folder to another host.
