i am facing a critical problem. and needs your urgent help....

i m facing this error.

More than likely a modification. Disable your plugins and re-enable one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem

You have tried to install a product meant for vBulletin 3.x that will not work in 4.x. As was said disable whatever new products you installed and the issue will go away. Double check what version your products were made for before installing again.
