Sometime recently my 3.8 forum started freaking out. If you go to forum home it redirects in an infinite loop, and if the forums are turned off and then turned back on, it fixes itself for a small period of time then does it again.

Homepage isn't working either, and I've had a few members come to me saying that when they log in, it logs in correctly and then when it refreshes them to being logged in they are logged in as another user instead of themselves.
Right now one of my moderators is logged in as an administrator account.
Can anyone give me any insight on this problem? I'll contact the owner of my server when he gets online to see if there have been any errors on his end, but for now I'm fairly stumped as to what I should be doing to fix this.
Confirming login as an admin redirects you to login as admin again, when doing stuff in the control panel or anything like that.
