I want this awesome mod for vbulletin 4.0.2 but unfortunately it's in the graveyard.

How do mods get in the Graveyard? Is it because the developer himself put it there?

mods go to the graveyard if the developer requests it goes there, if the mod is a rip of another, or there is a security hole in the mod.
