Problem with coder and custom paied modification..

Hi,

I have create a topic with my old username here about a custom paied mod.
I find some coders and i select 1.
This story is start before 1,5 month and my modification is not ready, the coder answer not to my messages and i have all ready send to him 50$ to start.

What can i do in this situation?
Can any stuff person help me?
