Subscription Levels

Good morning all and Happy Memorial Day tomorrow.

I am having a bear of a time with my subscription levels. Right now, everybody is a registered user and it's a free forum. As of June 1, we're going to paid subscription only and I have set up those levels and tiers. However, I have people paying for membership now, yet once they pay and choose their level, they're losing some features. I am hoping that I did fix that this morning but time will tell.

I have an annual membership that doesn't include the magazine and one that does include the magazine but quarterly, as well as annual. After the member's quarter or year is up, will the system automatically send them a renewal notice? It's set up in PayPal that they are paying for 3 months and when I look at the user profile, it also states 3 months but will their access to the forums also be cut off at that time?

Also, if there's a How-To and detailed explanation of vBulletin for dummies to be found, I'd appreciate the link to that because I desperately need it.
