Is it possible user to be "forced" to make a post before to make a registration.Is it possible development of such a "mod" ?

What you might like to do is to utilise the Usergroup Promotions feature of vBulletin.

to make one post?

"introduction thread on registration" would make it... people are forced to fill an introduction thread when they register, it become their first post...
