Hi. As my forum is for kids, and we would like them to be safe, is there a way to COMPLETELY remove the IM things. Like EVERYWHERE? Even in the Edit Your Details page

You could remove them from the actual template by editing the code. There also should be an option in vB Options [*I think*] with that option ~someone correct me if Im wrong~

I took it off from there, and it does not go away from profiles..

Ok, Profile template editing might be your option there.

If you turned it off in vboptions > style & language settings > show instant messaging icons then they should be removed from everywhere unless whoever did your templates did not include the condition around them that they should have.

It is set to that, but it only removes it from posts.
