locked myself out

Hi, dummy newb here.

The email on my server wasn't working correctly so I was playing with using an smtp host instead of the local smtp server. I changed it & it didn't work.

I logged myself out to test signing up as a new user. No email, still not working.

However; I can't remember my password to login again & obviously can't email myself a new password nor activate a new user.

I created a new user, added its userid to the administrator table, but I still can't log into forum.com/admincp/ . It looks like username/pass are accepted, but them I'm jsut redirected to the admincp login screen.

Help, a newb out??!?!

Upload tools.php from the do_not_upload directory. Then run the file.
