Hello everyone.
![]() Firstly, this is a superb place to come for advice and I've had my nose buried firmly in vbulletin.org for the last week! ![]() I have just purchased my first vbulletin software, and I'm going about skinning my new forum (we're moving our existing forum across from another provider). I think the skinning is slowly coming on, but I was wondering how to I can move around the two icons at the bottom of the forum that say "forum contains new posts" and "forum contains no new posts"? I would love to have them side by side and in the middle if possible, and any advice would be great. ![]() I apologise if this is in the wrong section. ![]() Thanks for reading! |

Do a Search in Templates for "forum_is_closed_for_posting" and you'll find two templates, FORUMDISPLAY and FORUMHOME and find the phrase in those and that is the table you want to modify.

Thanks Lynne, that's a big help. I have now moved the icons side by side and put them in the middle, but I can't seem to edit the text.... have I missed something really simple?

in order to edit the words - goto AdminCP->Phrases->Search for Phrases then enter the text in top box, and the result you'll want to edit - be careful though, you shouldn't edit the actual phrase - only edit the translation
