Different post appearance for designated usergroup/user

Ok, I'm sure this exists, but I can't figure out what to search for:

Is there any modification that will change the format for posts by a certain usergroup/user? I'd like to make either the admin posts or moderator posts show up as a different color, just like how unmoderated posts show up as darker before they're approved. Any ideas?
