Template Not Editing (editor_toolbar_on)

I only now got a chance to check my editor_toolbar_on template since upgrading, and I see that my old template edits (custom BBCode buttons) are still there. They just aren't showing.

Psionic Vistion's old article (Adding New Buttons to the Editor Toolbar), which is what I originally used to make the edits way back when, shows that I need to make some edits to the vbulletin_textedit.js file. But that file has changed since this article, and I can't quite find what I would need to do to correct my problem.
