Access though IFrame Only???

I am using a copy of VBulletin that is pulled into an Iframe with a social media platform I am using. Is there a way to keep people from accessing the forum directly and to be sure they can only access it within the Iframe?

I just don't want them to be able to figure out the exact URL of the forum and go directly there. I want to be sure they are logged into the community. Anyone else run into this issue? Thanks!
