When you add your forum as a favourite, when you open your favourites list you can see your forum name but next to it on the left hand side is a small vbulletin icon..

Is it possible to change this to a custom graphic ??

Replace the favicon in your forumhome.

There is no HTML to change/edit. Just login to your FTP and replace the file.

<font color="Red">16px by 16px</font> and name the file favicon.ico and upload to your root via ftp.

It's a very easy process to install the mood manager hack. Just take your time and follow the instructions from the forum (the readme file is a mess) and you'll have it up and running in no time.
